Sara Cruz (b. 2001) grew up in San Diego, CA, located near one of the most contested border regions in the world. Migratory flows, familial threads, and the US-Mexico border have all been crucial subjects in her artistic practice. Recently graduated from California College of the Arts with a BFA in sculpture, she currently lives and works in San Francisco, California.
